Warning: Off-Topic Moping

I know this isn't financial, but I just had to get this out:

I dreampt of someone from my past last night. This isn't the first time I've dreampt of him, but it is the first time in about 2 years that the dream has made me miss him. Frown

It's just waying on my mind. This is an old BF, and the last time I talked to him, there was a lot of awkardness and uncomfotableness between us. We tried to hang out a few times as friends after the break-up, but I always wanted more and he didn't. The friendship faded quickly. I haven't talking to him in over 2 years, and I haven't seen him in maybe 6 years or so.

It's just sticking to my mind and making me not want to do anything but sit here and reminice.

Just kinds wanted to get it out to see if I can let it go. Thanks for the ramble space. Smile

    go on myspace or facebook- 70% chance he is on the site. Then you can at least see him and that he aged horribly.

    LOL gamecock! You have a good point! I saw mine about 14 years ago and we started "hanging out" until I realized how much he changed into something I didn't want... he thought he looked like Brad Pitt. When he told me that, it was all I could do to get away and not laugh in his face!

    Same here. I started talking to a boy I dated many years in high school until he told me he still thinks he and I will end up together (though I was dating Baseball boy at the time!) and I realized that boys do NOT want our friendship.

    It's quite a compliment to tell someone they look like Brad Pitt. It's quite arrogant/embarrassing/atrocious to think that you yourself look like Brad Pitt!!! I can't believe he said that...unless he really did, which it sure doesn't sound like.

    Everyone once in awhile people from the past do pop up in dreams (no exception with me either). The only consolation I have is that neither of my two previous boyfriends (I've been with DH since 18 - so its 22 years now) offered anything other than I have right now (both are married with 5 and 6 kids)!

    That happens to me, too. It's always weird and I try to interpret it like there might be some huge meaning behind it, not related to the ex. I can never figure it out.
