Hmm I haven't tried selling at Half before. I have bought from there though. I've been thinking about trying to sell dvds but thought I'd just see if any of my friends wanted them. Perhaps I should see if any that I want to sell are in demand (or have few listings)

I love selling on Half.com. Unlike e-bay, there is no listing fee, plus the items can stay up as long as you like (literally, years) until they sell or you choose to take it off the site. It is really user friendly in terms of payments, too. You give them your account # & bank # and twice a month they direct deposit whatever you made into your account. They do take a small commission off each item you sell, but it is only after you sell it, not as you list it. I sell mostly books there, but I do have a few DVD's ther and occasionally CD's. It's great for when I want to clean out and make a few bucks.

To get an idea of what type of stuff sells, just look up whatever you are thinking of selling, and see how many there are available and how much they are going for.

The only major complaint I have about half.com is that if a book isn't in their database, you can't list it. For example, I had a book I wanted to sell, but it wasn't in the database. Well, I can't create a new item for them, so I can't sell that book. But I do find that is rare, and their database is always growing.

If you have any questions, let me know and I'll be glad to help! =)
