Pulling from the EF STINKS!

Well, turns out our stimulus check is arriving by mail, and seeing as how my last 2 numbers of my SSN are 89, it looks like it won't be until mid-July. Crap.

I have a week and a half left until I get paid. Double crap.

We have $80 in our checking account and i still need to pay 3 bills this month. Triple Crap!

So, I pulled $200 from the EF. Ugh, I hate doing that. I know that is what it is for, but I like seeing that nice big number in there. I know it will get replenished when we get the stimulus, but I still hate this. I was hoping to use the stimulus to pay down some CC debt and boost the EF to $1,250. Now I will have to pump it back to $1,000.

Old EF Balance: $881.03
Transfer to checking: -$200.00
--------------------------------------
New EF balance: $681.03

    I know how you feel. It is very tough to do, but you are doing the right thing. It's all better than adding the money to your credit card. Do you have anything you could sell to get that EF fund back up? I know it would make me feel better!
