Bought the AC

I was hoping I had enough point from MyPoints to get a $10 gift card to Wal-Mart to put towards the AC, but I didn't have enough. Intead I went through MyPoints (I earned 2 points per dollar!) to purchase it. There was no shipping fee, since it is getting sent to our local store and we will pick it up there. tax was $4.80. Overall total: $100.80 Yay! Smile

I used money from the EF, but when I get my stiumulus payment (anyday now, people!) I will replace it. Smile

Old EF Balance: $981.83
New AC: -$100.80

Koppur- do you do editing on the side? I need an editor for my next novel ( won't be ready until the fall) I did MyPoints when I was a foster mom.

Koppur--didn't you say you were hoping to budget $100 for the new a/c? If so, way to go on that!! Those a/c's--you hate to spend the money, but usually not as much as you hate to sweat
