Stupid Tires...Stupid Nails

I have odd problems with my car. Actually, with anything mechanical or electrical. I'm convinved my energy or aura somehow mess things up. Anywho, yesterday I got a nail in my tire. In the sidewall. Where it couldn't be patched. Had to get a new tire.

I was the same way- I swear my tires had magnets in them, I ran over so many nails. And always in the sidewall too! Finally I started buying the "roadside hazard" protection whenever I got new tires (I think it was $7 per tire). I usually never go for this type of deal, but I haven't hit a nail since! Hmmm....I know logically there is no connection, but I am convinced that the minute I buy a tire without this protection, I will be hitting the nails again!
